Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — worst service bed bugs

I was travelling yesterday with my two kids alone in gt express from khammam to chennai in second tier a3 coach. I had worst experience it started after i boarded train and put my kids to sleep. Then it started itching for me below elbow and switched on light and saw bed bug. I threw it and checked my daughters and to my shock there are more than 10 bed bugs to the pillow and some on the bed roll. I immediately took my daughters and threw them away. I wanted to complain but no one was there. Again i dusted the beds and let them sleep but they got bites with red marks all over the hands and for me i had so many bites red and swelled. Is this how you maintain the coaches and play with health of the passengers. As i was alone i couldn't even go and search for help because i can't leave my kids and go. Really worst experience. Please look into the matter and value our money too we are paying for comfort what is the use of paying if we are too much uncomfortable
