[Resolved] Indian Railway IRCTC — regarding refund | |
I was trying to book tickets on irctc through sbi credit card on 9th of January 18 but tickets didn't booked. Amont deducted from the sbi credit card. Irctc website is showing amount 2750 rupees refunded to the bank name Payumpp on 9th of January 18. But the amount 2750 rupees not received till now. Jan 15, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved An amount of Rs 2750.0 deducted against IRCTC Txn ID 100001114951570 on 09-Jan-2018 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered.
