I booked a parcel from new delhi to samastipur on 9 august 2018. I am visiting parcel office of samastipur junction since 1 week on daily basis but still i have not got my parcel neither they told me current status or location of my parcel due to which i am in depression because this parcel contains all of my notebooks books and other very valuable items.
