railway department is saying that my passenger has traveled, but at that time my parents in at home ..how it is possible that passenger was traveled, , if passenger had traveled then TT were sign on the Ticket, .. although railway is saying that passenger has traveled ..

and at that time my parents health was not good... and they are at home, although you r saying that according to the Railway As per chart, passenger has traveled... how is it possible...
