My amount debited rs.2148 from my bank but ticket not issued, why was my payment debited when my transaction failed Need my payment reversed immediately, if the tranx failed payment should be reversed immediately Transaction no. I want an resolution immediately as the indian railways has entrusted the customer to irctc who needs to take care instead of mismanaging them.
