Indian Railways — additional charges because of inefficiency of ticket booking employee | |||
On 01/07/2018 i hav ebooked 12 train tickets from beas to nizamuddin (Hnzm) and from nizamuddin to vijayawada at macherla railway station. Actually for the whole the journey (Beas to vijayawada) i can get single ticket. If it was done like that i would have got the each ticket at 758/- but because of his inefficiency i got the tickets at 950/-. I have asked him in advance to book in single ticket mode. But he was telling that "i was not able to do it and dont irritate me." Was this information helpful? | |||

Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 28, 2018 Updated by jagadsh44 These are the tickets for which I was charged less amount for onward journey from vizayawada (BZA) TO New Delhi and from New Delhi to Beas I am sending fares of six tickets   | |||

Dear sir I m traveling in Gujrat supar fast express...Nd I had my reservation..but there is lots of.. people traveling in this coach without reservation..Nd tickit collector is also allow them...so please do a action about this correction ..otherwise I will twite it on ..twitter
