Indian Railways — bad service for traveller

Sir i am malay kumar nayak going to delhi from tata nagar by train no 18101.in s10. But from early morning no water in tank so we unable to fresh.
We facing so many problems.in tiffin, lunch, and toilet bath.
Every problem we facing no watrer in this bogi. From early morning from this s10 bogi we all facing trouble. After complaint to rail staff it not solve.
Is this indian rail service?
