Indian Railways — bags chewed by rats - poor maintenance - inconvenience - bad ac

This is worst in my journey. All my bags have been chew by rats in the coach. My bags are damaged and moreover cloths and other precious items are totally lost. Such kind of negligence is not accepted at all. There need to a pest control in railway. We lost our bags and materials..
