Indian Railways — bike parcel not received

I have booked my hero passion x-pro motorcycle parcel from howrah junction to dhupguri station and it is dispatch on 08/04/2018. But till date it did not receive and i contact dhupguri railway parcel officer but not solve my problem. I am personally requested please look this matter.
