I m gyan chand mishra, i have booked my birth in chattishgarh express pnr no-[protected], gad to bhopal,
I am in train due to medical emergency i have missed to change boarding point from gevraroad to raipur,

Tt is not giving permission for our birth, he is giving to another person but not allowing to us, please suggest us what we have to do
