Indian Railways — complaint about facing bad experience at ahmedabad railway platform | |
Dear sir.. I am from surat. Hear in surat railway platform has slide road for old age people. But when i am coming with my grandma ahmedabad to surat. She's age is 90 years she can not wallk. Complsoury she need wheel chair but problem in ahmedabad railway station their is no slide road in the platform compulsory we take lift for going 1 stations to onther station. When we reached at ahmedabad platform the lift is not working so my grandma has use the stairs. That day my grandma has face the trouble to reach 6 number platform to catch the train.. My request is to ahmedabad railway authority to make slid road for old-age people who can not use stairs... Thanks Vikas dave Was this information helpful? | |
