Indian Railways — complaint against non refund amount by irctc | |||
D/sir, I was book may travlling ticket on 14/10/2017. These tickets are cancelled on 30/10/2017 but till today refund amount not deposited my account. Ticket details are below. 1. Pnr no. [protected] Ticket from ngp to ndls, doj - 20/11/2017 cancelled date 30/10/2017 refund amount 9315/-. 2. Pnr no. [protected] Ticket from ndls to klk, doj - 21/11/2017 cancelled date 30/10/2017 refund amount 1500/- 3. Pnr no. [protected] Ticket from cdg to nzm, doj - 24/11/2017 cancelled date 30/10/2017 refund amount 1375/- 4. Pnr no. [protected] Ticket from nzm to ngp, doj - 24/11/2017 cancelled date 30/10/2017 refund amount 7920/- Above cancelled ticket refund amount yet not deposited my bank account. So i was mail on irctc mail id on 10/11/2017 and call to customer care center on 11/11/2017, 16/11/2017 & 21/11/2017. Complaint ticket id no. 7180901 registered on irctc mail id [protected]@irctc.co.in. But no response from their side. Please do as early as possible.
