Indian Railways — complaint against reservations process and cheating railway travellers | |||
I Hitesh jain have taken tickets from thane station on 31st march 2019 at 1.47pm in train num 12479 from falna to bandra terminal for[protected]pnr[protected] while booking i was just said that it is waiting list number 19 & 20 (no one said its not in general waiting), but on travelling day today i am said that tickets are in some RLWL quota which will be confirmed after GNWL because falna and bandra terminal are main stations in this trains route. i dont understand why is this partiality and the logic for that, is it my fault i live in main station of that route or is it your ticket vendors fault who haven't even brought it up to my knowledge that this ticket is in remote locations and it will be issued in RLWL quota which will be kept last for confirmation.. i personally think its a way to fool railways customers who directly book tickets from window without agents.. people booking behind me gets confirmed seats and we are yet in waiting list even on travelling day.. Very Angry and Unsatisfied travelling in indian railways even after buying fully paid ticket (RLWL 19-20) 13days before but will have to travel without any seat in train today with my wife (RLWL 12-13).. Mobile charging point of coach number s6, birth number 55 train number 14311 is not working. Train just arrived at Bandi kui jnction. We are facing problems to charge our mobile. For this we are wondering here and there. Please send the maintenance team as soon as it is possible.
