Indian Railways — degradation of ac 2-tier reservation to ac 3-tier reservation | |||
On 20 feb 2019 booked ac 2-tier ticket (Pnr : [protected]) for journey from ranchi to howrah on 17 march 2019 sunday in 18616 kriya yoga express with total fare rs 2076.47 for 3 persons (2 persons sr. Ctzn). After boarding train, came to know with utter surprise that our 2-tier reservation has been degraded to ac 3-tier reservation with berth nos. 7, 8, & 9 in coach no. Ha2, without prior consent, creating lot of harassment to my family. You are therefore, requested to kindly refund at the earliest, the difference of ac 3-tier & 2-tier fares for the said journey, along with proper monetary compensation, for the above unfortunate treatment to us.
