Indian Railways — delay in refund of cancelled e ticket

I had cancelled eticket pnr n0-[protected] from ald to brc. Tdr registration no[protected] and transaction id-[protected].
Ticket was booked from my irctc app login. Tdr filled on 21.06.2018
Emailed to respective grivence of western rail deptt.
I did not get any information even after 55 days of tdr filed
Irctc has not refunded money till date.
[Aug 18, 2018] Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
