My steel box containig house hold goods from ahmednagar to babina booked vide booking luggage ticket no a816367 dt 24 aug 17. The same has not been received from babina station till date. I am not getting any satisfactory reply from babinastation authorities. Needful action isrequested for early delivary

Updated by Vinod PV Sir, i vinod pv booked my steel box containg house hold goods from ahmednagar to babina vide luggage booking ticket no a816367 dated 24 aug 17 and the same was delivered through train no 11077 jhelum exp on the same day. The box not yet received nor reached in babina station. May i request pl do needful
