Indian Railways — didn't get the parcel and faced a loss of 5500

I booked a parcel on 7. September 2019 from jhansi station to bhopal station. The prr no. Is [protected] i didn't get my parcel on 8 september and i looked for it on 9 september also but i didn't get the parcel yet. The person at bhopal parcel office told me that the parcel didn't arrive and i got the loss of 5500 rs please helpme in that case.
