[Resolved] Indian Railways — electronic ticket vending machine not working

Dear sir or madam,
In ksr bangalore station back gate side there is a ticket counter. I have smart card to take tickets by machine. Since i have travelled more than 4 times in july-2017 month but i am unable to take tickets by machines. Because machines are not working properly. Plz take necessary action regarding this.

My ticket is waiting but 90 passenger not attend the train. TT sold the berth for Rs.1500 for journal passenger.
Not allote for waiting passenger.
