Indian Railways — full ticket amount has not been refunded

I booked 2 tickets (1. Train number :16228; pnr no: [protected] and train num: 16592; pnr num: [protected]). But due to corona virus, lockdown has been announced by our honorable pm on 24th march. I wasn't aware of automatic cancellation of ticket and credit to account. Hence i cancelled my 2 tickets on the same day when pm announced lockdown. I recieved only 50rs each for my tickets.
Kindly refund my full amount as cancellation by self or system is for the purpose of lockdown.
