Indian Railways — I have not received bike

Dear sir i parcel bike from wardha to pandharpur but not recived upto date and main mistakes for this incident is jaiswal sir parcel incharge of wardha station. He parcel bike for nagpur pune train rather than kolhapur pandharpur soo now we cant track bike location also and its have taken more than 15 days but i have not recive my bike soo i requested you to pls take serious action again them
