Indian Railways — in spite of reservation in hwh - ypr (12863) we can't seat

Dear sir we (Five person) r going to vellore for operation purpose. My wife and my mother (Both are present) are in lower (S13, 65/68) yesterday.. Some young boys from howrah in without ticket misbehave with my mother and wife... It is very unfortunate that no tt no rpf officer is present here... We spent horrible night yesterday...
Under this circumstances please do the needful otherwise i will go for legal step.
