Indian Railways Institute Of Transport Management — refund not credited to bank account

Sir, i booked a train ticket from madurai (Mdu) to mysore (Mys) on april 29 2019 pnr no [protected]
But due to some reason i cancelled ticket on 29 april 2019 and with transaction id [protected] and refund id [protected] but the refund is still not credited to my account. Please help me on this issue.

Sir,
it is submitted that i have booked my motorcycle i.e passion pro no. MP 35 ME 4923 on 03.11.2019 from Satna station to New Bongaigaon station but till date i have not received my bike neither any information.
