My mom dad was traveling from banglore to Ahmedabad in gandhidham express 16506 ...i had to catch another train from Ahmedabad everything was booked ... gandhidham express had to reach Ahmedabad at morning 6 but train was deleyed by more than four hours ...i couldnt reach to another train ...and their was no other train til late night that day to my place ...so my old parent with age 60 and 57 had to wait whole day on Ahmedabad platform and I had train at 9.15 in night ...so I had. Booked tatkal ticket for them ...when I asked railways about my refund they are saying they are not responsible for this and didn't returned Me anything..insted i had to pay extra for my tatakal ticket...now who is responsible for whole day suffering of my parents and I had to pay 2 times who is responsible for my loss ...?? I need i complaint about this to railway they r saying work is going on that route ...if they now train will delay thay should inform passenger about this so they can make future arrangements ...so who is responsible for all this ...who wil bear .my loss i want my refundayeh
