I have booked my sofa set and chair on 17/4/2018 from gondia to nashik road. I have not received my sofa set yet. Its been a week now and still the online status shows booked from gondia to nashik. It seems the sofa set sofa set is not yet parceled from nashik. May i know the reason also the higher authority to check on this.
