Indian Railways — motorcycles not yet delivered at destination address.

I, md. Zafer alam, make a humble submission that my valuable parcel two wheeler motor cycle - (Jh 05 bm 4974) was booked from nagpur jn. To jhansi jn. On 29.09.19 with prr no.[protected] in train no.12405 (Gondwana expres). But till date the parcel is not delivered to the booked adress. And i recieved the massage parcel unloaded at nizamuddin (Nzm). Thus i pray your kind jurisprudence to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest to deliver the parcel to me.
