Hi, this is santu pramanik i was coming from tata nagar by pune hw duranto expres. Unfortunately the train is 3hour late. I need to go to lakshmikanta pur. That's why i am came at sealdah station. & i was gone to the station master at 9th sep night shift. He has insult me & say "how u came to me without ticket" i say all ticket counter are closed. Havvy raining outside. Need help from you. Again he said loudly "u need to pay fine for coming me without ticket" & say get out i cannot help you.

Updated by 1992Santu I am really shocked. At mid night where I will go. Where is my fault? If train is late. I just go for help from him. But His Behaviour is very Ruth. If YOU search you find I am always travelling by train every month. So can I expect this type of service? Need Justic!.
