[Resolved] Indian Railways — no information about luggage yet.

Hi, I booked my bike as a luggage (Coz the clerk did it) on 15th may from bsb for delivery in lar. Generally the parcel arrives in one day. But i am unable to track it online. It says that the item has been registered yet. This seems that the bike hasn't been shipped yet even though there were trains everyday. Lt no. 813760 Kindly look into matter. May 26, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved No steps were taken from anybody. They were planning to sell it at jhansi after not recording its entry anywhere on paper after unloading it at the station. I somehow managed to get a hold of it using political power.. Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
