Indian Railways — No proper ticket vending facility at byculla station | |||
I had lodged a complaint earlier also regarding no proper ticket vending service at Byculla station, but still not received any reply neither seen any action taken against the complaint. Still the scene at Byculla station is same during peak hours, very very difficult to get ticket as only three counter are working out of 6 and 1 automatic vending machine is working out of 5. Kindly take necessary action so that common people don't find difficulty during their railway journey or at least reply to my email with a solution to this. Was this information helpful? | |||
