Indian Railways — No refund received for the reversed ticket

Sir,

i had books the seat in yoga sple. 09021 on 14.03.2021 from jaipur to muzaffarnagar photo of the ticket attached.

My seat was not confirmed and in waiting so i did not travel from this ticket and travel via bus.

On 15.03.201 when i want to refund my ticket at muzaffarnagar (up). The concern person at reversed window told that no the refund given by the system and the same is written on my ticket by concern person.

So how i can get the refund.
