I booked my scooter honda grazia from nanded to bhopal in train no.22457 i travel with same train dt.11/01/2020 from nanded 11 am the train arrive bhopal jn at 12/01/2020 (12.20 am) midnight but my parcel not unloaded at bhopal and train departs from bhopal jn my parcel not delivered at bhopal jn. On 3rd january 2020 i tried to book a train ticket but it was failed. However a sum of rs 483.19 had been deducted from my account.my transaction id is [protected] and i want my money which is supposed to be credited automatically within 3-4 working days.
