Indian Railways — non delivery of parcel booked

I booked my scooter honda grazia from nanded to bhopal in train no.22457 i travel with same train dt.11/01/2020 from nanded 11 am the train arrive bhopal jn at 12/01/2020 (12.20 am) midnight but my parcel not unloaded at bhopal and train departs from bhopal jn my parcel not delivered at bhopal jn. Please update my parcel

On 3rd january 2020 i tried to book a train ticket but it was failed. However a sum of rs 483.19 had been deducted from my account.my transaction id is [protected] and i want my money which is supposed to be credited automatically within 3-4 working days.
