Indian Railways — Non receipt of parcel & no reply from railway officials in patna

I have booked a steel box from ddn to arrange on 10 th june 2017 (Lt no-698890). They booked my luggage & on arrival to arrange, i came to know that parcel office is no more in ara,. They told me to go & check at danapur, patna, & rajendranagar. I went there but luggage was not there & officials are talking rudely & not entertaining the consumers problem. Today, after 15 days, i haven't received my parcel & even i'm unable to track the consignment. Please help in this regard. Thank you!!!

Dear sir,
Continuously water leakage from jeants toilets even tbough i request to technical Department but they said this is not there concerns. pls do the needfull.

Traveling in 12854 from JBP to Raipur junction on 18/6/2017 in B2 birth no 5 after many requests attand didn't change pillow covers and didn't call any person to clean stuff left on book holder by previous passenger,
