Indian Railways — not able to renew irctc ewallet | |
Hi my user id is ulhasp1234 I am an international user with registered mobile number from usa. I registered for irctc ewallet in 2016 and as per e-wallet user guide, it should be valid till dec 2019. But, from now only it asks me to renew it. I try to follow steps by going to "irctc ewallet renewal" menu option after logging in, i enter my registered email id, and login password but after pressing "submit" button it doesn't do anything.. It doesn't even display any error. I tried this from multiple browser without any success. I sent email to [protected]@irctc.co.in but didn't get solution yet.. Was this information helpful? | |
