Indian Railways — not delivered parcel

I have booked my parcel on 22 may which had household items from hyderabad station to bilaspur station. I have still not received it till now. According to the parcel office it was loaded from hyderabad station and was not unloaded in bilaspur station on 22 may as well as on 29 may. I am very unhappy with the service.
