Dear Sir,

We have booked two box from pokran(pkn) rly stn to ghaipur city rly stn vide parcel receipt no. 983123 dated 16/04 /2017 with passenger ticket no [protected] to be board on 16/04/17.


After Enquiry at gct rly station my parcel not rec'd till date.

I request you humbly to please arrange to deliver my boxes at Ghazipur City. (GCT) Railway Station at the earliest

An early action in this matter shall be highly appreciated.
