Indian Railways — Parcel not receive

Address:Ranchi, Jharkhand, 835219

I have booked 01 hardware goods from New Delhi to Ranchi in Rajdhani Express on Dated 13.01.2017 which PRR No. [protected] and same will loaded in Rajdhani Express on dated 14.01.2017 but not reached at destination as on line status and Parcel officer statement.
Now that is our most important material but we are suffering.
Now requested please help us for immediate delivery.
