Hi sir, I would like to bring to your notice about the non compliance of bike parcel by indian railways and its very smart agents. I reached paecel office nagpur central railways. With a smart and shrewd agents sitting at the gate as though he is the lord there. Shamelessly he asked me kya kaam hai. I told him bike has to be sent to pune. This guy had all the rates in his mind deliberately ready to fool me, all the agents at nagpur railways parcel office agents are and running a thorough nexus of a very efficient kind. I bought my ticket at parcel office and sent my bike for packaging. To my and thorougj dismay the agent at the gate did not like it and said to me lets see how your bike reaches pune. Till date from friday my bike hasnt been recieved by me. I would like to question the authorities are we so handicapped that we can overlook such problems and please if you can kindly now atleast send my bike so that i can save on the relentless autud i have to take in pune. The sad state of central railways agents parcel office is and going to cause inconvenience to many if strict action is not taken them. I am attaching a copy of my prr ticket. I am travelling through train no.12630. The power point is not working. I need to charge my phone. The pantry is charging rs. 5 extra on cold drinks, this is illegal.the journey duration is 1 day and 6 hours. My phone battery did not last anyway. I paid 2145 INR And I can't expect a goddammit proper working socket. This is very shameful.
