Abohar area of punjab. Near gaoshala railway phatak. Phatak keeper name - bhagwan dass s/o sheetal prasad. It's his habbit to harass people by closing phatak in advance 15 minutes and open after 5 minutes. Please justify the rule and regulation of phatak closing. I have booked a parcel under Booking Number [protected] from Delhi to Pathankot on[protected]. As per website, the parcel was loaded in train Number 18101 (Tata Mori Express). The parcel has not reached till date.
