I have booked rly. Ticket on 06.12.18 through irctc. Portal i have paid through icici debit card. Due to some reason my rly ticketc cancelled on 06.12.18 irctc portal says payment is refunded on 07.12.2018 through zaakpay. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. Please resolve this as soon as possible
