Below are the details of my ticket - pnr no: [protected] train no. & name: 13240/kota pnbe exp quota: general (Gn) transaction id: [protected] date & time of booking: 10-mar-2018 12:16:33 hrs class: second ac (2a) from:lucknow nr (Lko) date of journey:15-mar-2018 to:varanasi jn (Bsb) boarding at:lucknow nr (Lko) date of boarding:15-mar-2018 scheduled departure:15-mar-2018 06:20 tdr filed but refund not yet receive. Its been 4 months but i didnt got the refund.
