Indian Railways — refund of cancelled e-ticket amount

Dear sir/ma'am

My pnr no. Is [protected]. My train booking status was in waiting list at the time of chart preparation. There was no sms sent by you regarding cancelation of e-ticket. I did not board the train. Ticket has been cancelled but ticket amount has not been refunded. I have complained so many times at your email address, i. E. [protected]@irctc.co.in and [protected]@irctc.co.in but there is no action taken. Kindly refund my ticket amount.

Today, when the ticket was taken from Sagar to Bhopal, when I was booked for getting tickets in Bina Stacean, Tissi took charge of 350 rupees from me, while I had personally contacted Tasai while the railway said and if the ticket is not asked, Taking the coach from TC takes 10 or 20 rupees more but going for 350 rupees
Currently at 10:53 am, I am present at the reservation counter no 830, in Gorakhpur district o[censored]ttar Pradesh . I am waiting from 15 minutes, but no one is available for booking . The employees are no where.
