Dear sir, I booked 3 (Three) 2nd class ac confirmed e-tickets for travelling from guwahati (Ghy) to new karimganj (Nkmg) by train no. 01665 on 20.04.2018. But the onward journey of the train from guwahati was suspended / cancelled due to railroko called by some local organisation. Under this circumstances i shall be glad if you please let me know whether i am eligible for get refund of those tickets. If yes, what is the procedure to claim for refund. Our pnr no.
