Indian Railways — refund of ticket cancellation | |
Dated: 25.09.2019 To Respected sir, I have made a transaction on 27.08.2019 for train ticket through rail yatri mobile app of rs. 4075. I have canceled the ticket on the same day and refund initiated by rail yatri on 28/08/2019. After 20 days i have not received the amount of 1970 in my account. I have spoken to customer care of bob and they told to contact branch bank. As per railyatri customer care suggestion i have filed chargeback form also but after several attempts they respond information given is not sufficient, even though i have provided all the below details to them.
