Indian Railways — refund of ticket - pnr [protected] | |||
Pnr no: [protected], train number: 02821/pune-src spl, journey date: 16/oct/2017 It has been more then one month passed but still i not received resolution of my complaint. I not understand why i am not getting refund of ticket. My ticket for two passenger with pnr number [protected]. Was booked in train 02821/pune-src spl, coach b7 was got allocate to me with ticket number p1-b7, 15 and p1-b7, 16. But while on boarding from pune station it was noticed that train (Train no. 02821) got delayed by three hour and after three hours delayed when train arrived at pune station's platform number 6, all passenger got shock that coach b7 is missing, later at last moment railway staff informed us that coach b7 was cancelled due to some technical fault and b7 coach passengers were not allowed to travel, railway staff also said that all passenger will get the ticket refund back. I and all the passenger wait in the station for more then three hours, later at last moment when train arrived in platform, it was informed that the coach has been cancelled. Most of the passenger were going to there native place to celebrate the diwali festival with their family but due to railway staff carelessness all the passenger of coach b7 have to cancel there journey. If there is any problem in coach the railway staff have to inform the passenger earlier. Alternate travelling option to passenger should be made available by railway during such instance. The railway staff behavior was very rough, they were not able to listen to anyone. Because of this all passengers got very upset and nervous. For ticket refund, i have filed the tdr online in irtc site on 16th october 2017 but still i not got my ticket refund. Tdr registration no:[protected]. Cancellation id: [protected]. I have registed two compaint via sms and online but still not got any resolution. Complaint no: s/nr/irctc_tkt/[protected], s/se/dyccm_clms/[protected], s/se/dyccm (Ref)/[protected]. I am not at all satisfy with this pathetic service of railway. Totally disappointed. Some from ministry has to take immediate action on this. It is now earnestly requested to look into the matter and do the needful. Please give instruction to railway staff to be in discipline and bring politeness in there behavior, railway staff is the government and public servant. A full refund of the entire amount against the ticket cost of the said journey may please be refunded immediately along with the adequate compensation.
