[Resolved]  Indian Railways — reg complaint on railway guard

Hi,

My information :
Yesterday (28.04.2019) night at 21:40 i (Single lady) came to cbe junction to take ride till katpadi (Actual plan is cbe to katpadi and katpadi to thiruvannamalai junction)...
When i asked train for katpadi and platform details, enquiry attend person in cbe junction center asked me to move platform-3. Also said train will be moved at 22:10.
When i entered to the platform-3 i saw the m. G. R. Central train (Chennai train). For doubt i asked to the guard whether this train will go to katpadi junction. He said, yes it will. Also he requested as "if you are traveling single means please use ladies coach. Myself repeatedly asked whether it will stopped in katpadi junction or not. He said this train have a stopping there. So that i started my trip in m. G. R. Express (Special).
Train reached katpadi junction at 04:44 but my train not stopped at katpadi. Later train stopped in arakkonam junction at 05:53. Now i take another ticket from arakkonam junction to katpadi and train time informed as 07:05

My complaint is if one customer asking for train route details means whether guard have to provide proper details or not.
If yes means please take necessary action against the guard who take responsibility in coimbatore for m. G. R. Express yesterday at 21:52...

Because of his wrong information i lost my scheduled plan totally. Time wasted. Money waste. Lot much tension in my holy trip.
Not only me. Three aged ladies who traveled along with me in same train also faced same issue like me because of his wrong information.

Myself managed the situation with some pressure. If any illiterate passenger traveled means, think what will be their status...

Please ensure this is the way they have to provide the service and having hope that i will get prompted reply from your end...

Sorry Team,
In tension myself mentioned my trip started date from Coimbatore as 28.04.2019 instead of 27.04.2019

I want to carry led tv32 inch on my 3AC compartment ..is there any problem to carrying tv . Otherwise i shoud take 1 extra ticket for this??
