Indian Railways — stolen luggage grp didn't help | |||
Dear sir /madam, I was at ald station with my parents we are going ahmedabad by azimabad express train, Train was late i went to enquiry about train when i returned my luggage has been stolen, i went to report in grp office staff were sleeping they were not responding instead helping they were started to chiding us its all your mistake why you didn't care your goods and said they can't help, yet i was written fir. Sir/madam no body helping me. I have my passport, school certificates, bank debit card, cheque book, purse, clothes etc in the bag. Certificates and passport is very imp sir. My ticket belong to PNR No. [protected] (Date of Journey[protected], Train No 12451 from kanpur to New Delhi) was not confirmed till departure of train. The ticket was taken online. But I did not got refund of it till date. Please do needful and arrange to sent refund immediately
