Indian Railways — tc behavior

I am essay surender i have travelling in train no. 16340 on date 12.11.2018 i have given the tickets to check after checking my tickets he was talking rubish with me i will cacelled your ticket and i dont mark your entry and he was so rude with me and telling that i wont travel you in this train you dont bow who am i and etc my tickets was reserved in S6 55 seat no.

I am Sonu Singh traveling in train no 13202, coach no- S-12 hearth no 77 with my family. Both toilet of my coach is blocked from starting station. I requested to train staff including train superintendent mr.khan . but job not done.
