Indian Railways — TDR Filing Got Rejected

With due respect
I want to say that on 17th june 2022 the train number 12488 was late more than 3 hours on my departure station DDU and passengers not travelled due to train late.
I filled TDR on 17th June 2022, but my TDR got rejected,
I request you to please review my concern and help me.

TDR file time is 9.35 pm nd trains was running 3 h 53 mins late from my departure station DDU then why i travell with those tickets
Try to understand sir and validate my concern i request you to refund my money as soon as possible sir
