I had booked a ticket from ujjain to ahemdabad in sabarmati express (19166) journey date was 11 nov. I had filled tdr claim mentioning reason for tdr:train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled. I received an email that claim is rejected stating reasin "as per chart passenget has travelled". Please note i had travelled to ahemadabad and i took jabalpur somnath express at 10:45 pm from ujjain. I have the ticket details. Hence i can prove that railways has wrongly deneid the tdr claim.. It is wrong that i have travelled. Please check it onces at your end, i want my money back or refund.
