Indian Railways — tdr repudiate for an invalid reason | |||
Dear sir/madam, This is to inform you that i, nilesh kumar gupta have booked 1 train ticket in third ac (3a) for myself from durgapur (Dgr) to new delhi (Ndls) on dated : 31.03.2019 through irctc website with pnr no. [protected] & transaction id : [protected] in train no./name : 12381/poorva express. On 13/04/2019 at 19:23 pm i got sms from indian railway that chart has prepared and got a rac seat rc, b3, 47. Due to long journey i felt it was not possible to travel on half seat as i also had to join my company on next day (15/04/2019) so it required proper rest at night thats why i filed trd at 20:01 pm on 13/04/2019 vide tdr reference no. [protected]. With remarks that “passenger not travelled due to ticket in rac after chart preparation”. Sir/madam, I got mail from“[protected]@irctc.co.in” on dt. 03.06.2019 with subject “tdr request repudiated” and my trd request has been repudiated by the chief commercial manager/refund kolkata zone and reason for repudiation/rejection:, ”as per chart, passenger has travelled” sir/madam, i am requesting you please look into the matter deeply and investigate the same to find out the realty. You may check/verify from cctv footage or other proof as per your convenience. This is the question to think that, if i travelled in train as per chart then what is need for me to file tdr? After filing tdr, on the next day (14/04/2019) i took my self a tatkal ticket at 11 am from katrasgarh railway station (Station code - kth) for the below train. Train no.- 12801 Name - purushottam express Date of journey - 16th april 2019 Pnr - [protected] Class-sleeper I have attached picture of tatkal ticket of purushottam express that i took my self. Apart from travelling through poorva express on 14/04/2019, i travelled only through purshottam express so, how it is possible to travel from both the trains. I think, statement/chart forward to railway deptt. By concern tt of poorva express train was wrong. He provide these seats to another un-authorized passengers and fare for the same tickets has stolen from govenment. Sir/madam, i understand and respect the rules and regulations of indian railways but this is also matter or realty and faith. This is not a matter of only rs. 1200/- and i will never become rich with this money but due to false statement of some railway employees (Tt), many passengers/public are looted by them and hurt their feelings, loose faith from railways as will as government of our country. I am attaching herewith train ticket & tdr for your ready reference. I hope that you will understand my feelings and matter and work on this point seriously. Looking forward positive response.
