Indian Railways — ticket not generated but amount deducted

Hi amutha konar here, i was renewing my season ticket on uts app which is from thane to kalyan, but the ticket were not generated and my money was deducted from my bank account.
Please do the needful to make refund.
Worried about the amount being deducted please do it as soon as possible.
